Autopay Policy

• Monthly tuition is automatically charged to the card on file on the 25th of the month prior (ie. September tuition will be charged on August 25).

• In order to pause a monthly payment or unenroll in autopay, Elite World Gymnastics (EWG) must be notified 5 business days prior to the autopay’s scheduled date, in order to allow sufficient time to alter an upcoming payment.

• You may use an alternate payment method for your monthly tuition. Alternate payment must be received 5 business days prior to the autopay’s scheduled date to stop the scheduled tuition charge.

• Please stop by the office or contact EWG for any autopay requests at 863-604-9563 (call or text).

Authorization and Agreement

I authorize Elite World Gymnastics to keep the credit card listed above on file and charge it for monthly tuition and registration fees according to the payment policy above. I understand that tuition is charged on the 25th of the month prior unless otherwise requested in writing, via text or email. I understand that alternate payment must be received at least five business days before the applicable payment deadline to prevent the card on file from being charged. This authorization remains in effect until the designated expiration date or until I cancel it in writing. I agree to notify the business in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 10 business days prior to the next billing date. I agree to keep my card information current. I certify that I am an authorized user of this card and will not dispute charges that comply with these terms.
